What is DPC?
DPC is a membership healthcare model. You pay a low monthly fee, no additional bills from your provider for exams, sick visits, med refills, follow-ups or office procedures. Again, all visits are FREE with your monthly fee.
We also accept HSA and FSA.
We offer home visits under specific plans, 24/7 Provider access calls, telemedicine and best of all a provider that wants to spend time with you and help you live a healthier, longer life.
Our unique model allows us to spend more time with our patients instead of exhausting hours on billing and insurance. We also have networked amazing connections with other specialties such as Dr. Oldham with Az Mountain Orthopedics to offer you shorter wait times, membership pricing for our clients and x-ray imaging for bone, and joint injuries.
Cost of Membership
The first, a comprehensive care package is just $100 to $150 per month (depending on individual health goals), this covers every aspect of your health journey. Say goodbye to surprise bills with inclusive patient visits, annual labs, medication management, and even specialist coordination—all under one umbrella. We will review your medical records and help you manage your health care goals with no added office fees, minor procedures are hassle-free.
Our second model, priced at an annual fee of $299 plus a minimal $20 monthly charge, ensures direct access to your provider whenever you need it most. Your annual fee includes your first complete health wellness visit and medication review. Bid farewell to frantic ER visits and unfamiliar providers as additional acute care visits are priced affordably at $75 in-person or $55 via telemedicine.
